职位描述：
sourcing specialist
responsibility:
1. assist procurement manager in related commodity sourcing and price management, assist in commodity strategy development, contract management and project coordination;
2. collaborate internally and externally as required to ensure specific project be finished on schedule;
3. manage supplier performance to establish long-term relationship;
4. work closely with colleagues from supply base management team to ensure seamless project implementation;
5. other tasks assigned
requirement:
1. bachelor in engineer or supply chain;
2. 5-8 years solid experiences in procurement/sourcing/supply chain;
3. good communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, independent and driven by accomplishing word-class objectives;
4. strong analytical and judgment skills, problem solving skills;
5. capable of working in international environment;
6. experience with integrators or telecoms is highly preferred
7. excellent verbal and written in english;
